10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination:

• All outstanding payments become immediately due
• Access to services will be discontinued
• Confidentiality obligations continue to apply

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CeHan Tech Strategies from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province.
